We are going to get slightly up close and personal today, as I’m sure you know from the title of this post.
No matter how open you are, it isn’t always that comfortable talking about.. er.. your V area. Agreed? I even get squirmy going to the Gynocologist and I really like my doctor, plus she makes the appointments very easy. There is just something about it that gives me anxiety.
I mean it is, if not the the most, a very sensitive area on us women.
You may know that I’m extremely into skincare, and yes, down there is included ladies. The struggle of razor burn just doesn’t sit well with me. I have tried numerous products and I have to say, finding something you love to keep that area at it’s finest is tough.
BUT! I’ve got good news… I tried The Perfect V. I’m opening up about a lotion for ‘that’ area because you need to know more about these products. Every woman should be able to feel fresh and confident with their skin – everywhere. Right?
I’m headed to the Bahamas in two weeks which has been planned for a few months, which also meant I needed to be ready to put on a bikini in the middle of winter. Eh.
You know how that goes. You’re just not ready to throw that baby on sometimes. But I wanted to be ready. Badly. I didn’t want to get there and feel.. you know.. uncomfortable.
I came across The Perfect V online when I was searching for ways to keep my skin hydrated and fresh. I tried the product for about two months, I wanted to really give it some time on my skin. I did a ton of research on ingredients – of course! – and I couldn’t help but love the product line.
I’m going to give you some of the ingredients used in the products via The Perfect V’s site so you can really take it in..

Thoughts? After reading all of those I was extremely drawn in. Any product that is literally made for down there is bound to do something good. The fact that the company focused on the climate where the ingredients are grown and how they will enhance your skin really spoke to me.
The skin is sensitive enough, especially down there, so I try to do my best at using products that aren’t going to irritate it. I used to buy any soap or lotions when I was in college because money was tight and I didn’t focus on my skin as much. That taught me a lot. A lot, a lot. (Huge sigh).
I think that I really fell for The Perfect V products because they are designed specifically for the V area. It isn’t just some lotion your lathering on to avoid razor burn or dry skin. It is literally made for the area you’re putting it on, which makes me that much more comfortable using it.
I am pretty insane about my skin in the winter, as you may know, and also about face oils and serums. So it got me thinking when I was looking for razor burn and redness fixes – why should down there be any different? We go through all of the hassle to make that area ‘glowing’ (er?), it only makes sense to have a product line designed for it.
And.. that’s where The Perfect V came in hot.
It is actually perfect for that area.
They have lotion, washes, serums, sprays, AND – beauty sheets you can keep with you in your bag to freshen up. I totally fall for those things, don’t you guys? I love a good packable product! I’m currently keeping them in my purse.
So to say that I’m extremely excited to have an exfoliator with good ingredients that I can apply after being in the sun all day on vacation is an understatement. After really getting into good skincare regimens and trying everything, I think I found the ONE for that area. Insert crying emoji face here. Ah, SIGH OF RELIEF.
