I feel like I need a little oomph in my life sometimes, you know? Someone to be like DO ONE OF THESE THIS WEEK AND YOU WILL FEEL BETTER.
Random things you can do this week, today, tomorrow, whenever. Easy, simple things that are going to make you feel a taaaad bit more organized, better, healthier.. something along those lines.
I write things down in a notebook all day long at work, which you probably know by now. I carry it with me everywhere and when I have a random thought or something that I want to know more about later, I write it down. I get a ton of information from patients, so I just fill those pages up.
When I go back and read the notebook, I do some of the things that I wrote down randomly that week. I love it. It gives me something new to try (always fun) and they spice up my routine a little bit. I’m not doing the same thing every single day, you know? Plus they are always beneficial, duh. They either get me back on track with eating healthier or give me nutrients I’ve been missing or just help me feel better overall.
So of course, I’m sharing the love with you. I’ll do TWENTY THINGS randomly so you guys can get in on all the notebook writing deets.
